Refund Policy
1. Eligibility
Amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded other than in the following circumstances:
- The service was booked directly with Your Muneem.
- The request for a refund is made within 3 days of the scheduled service date.
- The service has not been fully rendered or completed.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been fully rendered or completed.
- Consultation fees or fees for time spent discussing services.
- Services provided by third-party contractors or partners.
3. Refund Process
The Customer will have to make an application for refund along with the transaction number and original payment receipt if any generated at the time of making payments.
The application in the prescribed format should be sent to info@yourmuneem.com within the specified refund period.
4. Processing Time
The application will be processed manually and after verification, of amount is being credited in the account of “Your Muneem FZE LLC”. Once Verification is completed, it may take 15 Working days to process the refund claim.
5. Cancellation Fee
A cancellation fee may apply if the service is cancelled 3 days before the scheduled service date. The amount of the cancellation fee will depend on the type of service booked and the notice provided.
